Replication package: measurement data for a deterministic unified control plane for multi-cloud application deployment

Measurement data, analysis scripts and competitor configurations behind every quantitative claim in the accompanying paper. Collected on a running deployment rather than in simulation, on a single Linux host with local Kubernetes and Docker targets and live AWS and Azure accounts. The self-healing experiments comprise 250 injected failures across three conditions, all running the same application and probed at the same public URL. Every episode was recorded twice and independently: once by the platform's own metrics observer and once by an external HTTP probe with no connection to the platform. That dual recording is the point of the experiment, since a system that both performs and reports its own healing cannot be used to validate itself. Also included are 110 warm-cache deployment trials on local targets, 26 on Azure Container Instances and 26 on an Azure virtual machine, complete Terraform provisioning timings, and the capability matrix and hand-authored configurations used to compare four self-hostable tools. Superseded runs are retained under self-healing/superseded/ and are documented as such. They support no claim in the paper.
