Sequencing of soil microbial diversity in garbage dumps

The purpose is to explore: (1) investigate the pollution status and vertical migration characteristics of heavy metals in rural simple waste dump sites; (2) determine the effect of simple waste stacking sites on soil microbial community; (3) reveal the intrinsic mechanism of changes in the symbiotic patterns of bacterial communities from the perspective of environmental factors.
