By arresting tumor cells in mitosis, aurora A kinase inhibition restores interferon signaling in small cell lung cancer tumor cells and cooperates with PD-L1 immune checkpoint blockade. Single cell RNA sequencing in primary mouse small cell lung cancer cells (SCLC) derived from SCLC genetically-engineered mouse models that are treated with Aurora A Kinase inhibitor and/or PD-L1 ICB.
