Human HCC-CCA Sequence Data

The purpose of this study was to assess differential gene expression and DNA methylation patterns in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) in combined hepatocellular carcinoma-cholangiocarcinoma (HCC-CCA) tumors. DNA and RNA was extracted from formalin fixed paraffin embedded samples.
