The present data were collected to support the project "Development of a holistic Assessment and Selection Instrument to Reduce the Energy Poverty and the Environmental Impact of the Residential Building Stock" (ASiRE²).
The project investigates how recent developments such as the circular and bio-based building economy and collective energy provision can contribute to decreasing the risk of energy poverty and reducing the CO2 emissions and related climate change through renovation of (social) housing in Flanders.
The dataset contains information on the environmental impact and application of bio-based materials. The data is collected from manufacturers websites and EPD platforms.
