Mean cumulative mortality (number of individuals per period and total), growth performance, condition factor and specific growth rate (SGR) of Atlantic salmon juveniles fed non-GM maize or <i>Bt</i>-maize without or with soybean meal (SBM) from first-feeding to day 99.

Means and pooled standard errors (pSE) were calculated from the means of three replicate tanks per treatment group (n = 3), with measurements performed on 10 fish per tank. Initial body weight (g): 0.17±0.01; initial body length (cm): 2.5±0.1; initial condition factor: 1.04±0.08. The p values are given for the main variables non-GM/GM and non-SBM/SBM inclusion, respectively, as well as p values for interactions between the variables by two-way ANOVA analysis.
