Synthesising high-entropy alloy nanoparticles, aerogels and coatings using a bilayer ice recrystallization method (scientific article published in Nature Synthesis, 2025)

This dataset contains all the aligned_tilt_series for fused multi-modal electron tomography. Among them, the files named projs_XXX.mat contain all elemental projections; the files such as Au.mat, Ag.mat, etc., contain the 3D elemental electron tomography volume information. The dataset“XRD_Fig2b.xls” contains the XRD data presented in Fig. 2b. The dataset“ED_fig3b.xls” contains the ice grain size data obtained after recrystallization under various annealing times and temperatures. The dataset“MD_Fig3b.xls” records the number of ice molecules (Nice), the radius of the max NP, and the average ΔS_mix of three largest NPs as a function of time during the modulation process. The dataset“XRD_Fig4b.xls” contains the XRD data presented in Fig. 4b.
