Hourly humid heat stress indices in the Yangtze River Delta region during the warm season (May-October) of 2020 based on a physics-informed spatiotemporal downscaling model.

This dataset contains high-resolution, hourly heat stress indices for the Yangtze River Delta region. The details are as follows: Spatial Coverage: Yangtze River Delta region. Temporal Coverage: May-October, 2020 Temporal Resolution: Hourly. Spatial Resolution: 1 km. Indices Included: Four primary heat stress metrics are provided: Humidex Simplified Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (sWBGT) Wet Globe Temperature (WGT) Heat Index (HI) Data Format & Units: Values are stored as 32-bit integers (int32). The original unit is degrees Celsius (°C). To preserve precision, all values have been multiplied by a factor of 10,000 before integer conversion. Users must divide the integer values by 10,000 to recover the data in °C. File Naming Convention: Data files are named using the pattern: YYYY-MM-DD-HH.tif, where: YYYY: Four-digit year MM: Two-digit month DD: Two-digit day HH: Two-digit hour (in Beijing Time, UTC+8) The file format is GeoTIFF (.tif). Important Note on Data Availability:Due to the storage space limitations of the data repository, the complete dataset of long-term series fine-spatiotemporal-resolution heat index results generated in this study (including the full HI data series) could not be uploaded in full.
