Failstop - robust precast building systems to prevent progressive collapse - Experimental dataset
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the sensor acquisitions used to monitor the structural response of two precast subassemblies (so-called Failstop precast systems) during tests designed to assess the potential for collapse propagation in precast building systems. Two tests were carried out on two distinct precast systems using the same setup and boundary conditions: 1) Connection 1 with exposed corbel and continuity at top and bottom bars; 2) Connection 2 with a hidden corbel (half-lapped joint) with only continuity of the top bars. Three separate zip files are provided: 1) Data sensors (raw and processed files); 2) Drawings (describe specimen geometries, dimensions, reinforcement configurations, sensor ID and placement); 3) Photos (documentation from the test campaign showing the test setup and the failure mode). Each data column includes a header specifying the corresponding sensor name, including inclinometers (unit: degrees), strain gauges (unit: milistrain), cable sensors (unit: mm), LVDTs (unit: mm), and load cells (unit: kN). The type and location of all sensors are shown in the accompanying drawings: Sensors monitoring auxiliary elements forming the test setup and global displacements of the specimen. Sensors placed on the external surfaces of the precast specimen. Embedded strain gauges in the column and beams. This work is part of a project (Encast) that has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC - Grant No. 101188699).
