索思海上三无船只分析数据

利用海上综合智治平台、船讯网、雷达预警等数据，对三无船只、无AIS或未开AIS的船只进行标注预警。可在海图上绘制区域图形，对图形内的船只进行预警。定义雷达扫描到的目标的点位集合Xi（{[lat]Xi1,[lon]Xi1}、{[lat]Xi2,[lon]Xi2}、……），船只北斗设备上传的点位集合Yi（{[lat]Yi1,[lon]Yi1}、{[lat]Yi2,[lon]Yi2}、……），根据Haversine公式计算出雷达采集的点位和船只上传的点位的误差距离s1，则s1=111.12cos{1/[sin[lat]Xi1sin[lat]Yi1十cos[lat]Xi1cos[lat]Yi1cos([lon]Xi1—[lon]Yi1})]}，定义某个固定周期为t，则经过N个周期t（次数越多，准确度越大）的采集，行程误差距离集合si（{s1}、{s2}、……），判断N个s是否符合阈值，如不符合则认定为三无船只

This dataset leverages multi-source data including those from the Maritime Integrated Intelligent Governance Platform, Shipinfo Network, and radar early warning systems, to conduct labeling and early warning for "三无" vessels (unlicensed, unregistered and without valid operational qualifications) as well as vessels without Automatic Identification System (AIS) or with AIS disabled. It supports drawing regional polygons on nautical charts and issuing early warnings for vessels within the defined polygons.

Define a fixed sampling cycle as $t$. After data collection over $N$ such cycles (more cycles result in higher detection accuracy), generate the error distance set $s_i = {s_1, s_2, dots, s_N}$.
Finally, determine whether all $N$ error distance values meet the predefined threshold. If any value fails to meet the threshold, the vessel is identified as a "三无" vessel.
