Data comprises deformability (measured by ektacytometry), morphology (whole blood count) and phosphatidylserine exposure (by flow cytometry) levels of red blood cells acquired from two mice models: ApoE/LDLR double deficient and C57BL/6J. The results are part of the manuscript entitled "Sex-specific differences of ATP levels in red blood cells isolated from ApoE/LDLR double-deficient mice" with aim to correlate ATP level differences with mechanical, biochemical and morphological RBC parameters.
