Data set of Transaction price Survey of cauliflower Wholesale Market in China from 2012 to 2018

The historical price data of cauliflower is of great significance to the analysis of the future price trend and the macro-control of the government market. This data set is based on the national agricultural product business information public service platform, the price information system of the national wholesale market of agricultural products and other platforms and the actual market research data of the project team. In accordance with the principles of integrity, continuity and accuracy, this paper conducts comparative verification, screening and clearing, eliminating non-standard data, filling in missing values and other standardized operations on all kinds of information collected and sorted out to form a statistical data set of transaction price investigation in China cauliflower wholesale market. In terms of time, it includes 4 scales of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual, and in terms of space, it includes 25 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), 6 geographical divisions and 3 scales of the whole country. The characteristics of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual price changes can be seen, which provides a data basis for scientific research and monitoring and early warning of the price fluctuations of Chinese cauliflower.
