silicosis_cluster_merge.rds file : this file contained two different kinds of cell annotation. One is crude cell annotation for macrophage in All.merge$cell.type. The other is fine cell annotation for macrophage as AM1, AM2 and AM3 in All.merge$new.cluster.idents.
