Synchronous formation and consistent provenance across different particle sizes in loess deposits on the Chinese Loess Plateau

This dataset presents uranium isotope data from seven silt-sized fractions (2–63 µm) of loess deposits on the Chinese Loess Plateau (CLP), covering a timespan of approximately 2.6 million years. It includes transport time estimates based on uranium (234U/238U) ratios for loess particles across different size fractions, along with residence time data from desert silts.
