A curated dataset of medical specialty theses from Mexican repositories for 2020 to 2024

AMTEM integrates source-linked documentary information on medical specialty theses and terminal academic works from Mexican institutional repositories for the academic period 2020–2024. The frozen closure contains 13,723 associated PDF objects: 11,422 included, 2,200 excluded and 101 indeterminate. Search coverage is non-exhaustive and is not a national census. The archive contains SQLite, CSV and JSONL data, dictionaries, provenance, source links, a documented public-text selection policy, and verification/source code. Abstract identities and source references are preserved; full abstract text is distributed only with explicit CC BY/CC0 source declarations and confirmed source scope. Withheld source text remains identified by publication status and hashes; no eligibility decisions were changed. Full thesis PDF files are not redistributed. Original curation and documentation are CC BY 4.0; original software is MIT. Distributed third-party abstract text retains its recorded source-specific CC BY or CC0 conditions. The recorded 250-item positive-prediction assessment precedes final directed curation and is not an independent validation of the final frozen closure. The archived selection retains 17,911 abstract preferences for 9,217 included PDF objects. This public presentation distributes 18 selected preferences representing 15 abstract versions for 14 PDF objects under the documented CC BY/CC0 text policy. Other stored abstracts retain their identifiers, language, hashes, source links and publication-status reasons.
