Reproducibility Package for Stability-Aware Policy Prioritization for Semiconductor Decarbonization under Structural Uncertainty: Evidence from Taiwan

This reproducibility package supports the manuscript “Stability-Aware Policy Prioritization for Semiconductor Decarbonization under Structural Uncertainty: Evidence from Taiwan.” It contains the rule-based documentary scoring protocol, source-level evidence register, 5 × 5 action-by-criterion score matrix, Python analysis code, machine-readable results, and README required to reproduce the MCDA and robustness analyses. The package documents scenario weights, conservative scoring rules, tie handling, weighted-sum, TOPSIS, VIKOR, and score- and weight-perturbation analyses. Underlying copyrighted policy documents, official statistics, annual reports, and corporate sustainability reports are not redistributed; their official source locations, access dates, page locators, and file hashes are documented in Supplementary Material S1. Version 2.0 updates the documentary scoring protocol from a five-point to a four-point anchored scale and synchronizes the score matrix, analysis code, machine-readable results, README, and Supplementary Material S1. All analyses were rerun using the revised scale, while the substantive ranking conclusions remained unchanged.
