Survey of Federal Personnel Specialists, 1988

<p>This survey was conducted by the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and was designed to assist them examine specific peronnel management issues and evaluate the health of the civil service system. The questionnaire asked Federal personnel specialists their opinions and experiences on a variety of personnel management issues, including; merit principles and prohibited personnel practices; general effectiveness of personnel programs and activities; effectiveness of specific personnel programs; recent developments in Federal personnel management; demographic information; and comments on personnel management issues.</p>
