以上城劳动人事案件的每月数据明细、调解员调解成功案件明细为依据。该数据对应调解员的工作能力、案件成功数量等指标,对调解员进行考核与培养,使企业目标和个人目标取得双向达成的结果。同时该数据比对行业同岗位平均工资,为企业、为行业提供收入数据依据。1、数据收集:采集劳动人事调解案件法院系统数据、调解员每日调解案件日志、合作机构调解业务对帐报表作为原始数据源。提取到调解案件的信息:案件编号、申请人、结案方式、调解员等; 2、数据处理:1)调解员按季度调解成功件数综合评定共分为:P0级、P1级、P2级、P3级对应不同的层级工资,转正后满3个月的调解员,按之前平均月调解成功件数对应层级。之后统一按季度进行层级晋升及降级(对应岗位层级要求)。2)调解员按调件计算收入计算提成,其中1-10件不计算提成,11-20件提成100元/件;21-30件提成110元/件;31-40件提成120元/件;41-50件提成130元/件,51-60件提成140元/件,61件以上提成150元/件,计算公式为:提成P=件数A*单件提成X-文书制作件数B*10。综合收入S,同岗位行业平均工资C,对比同岗位工资占比数据D=S/C。

This dataset is based on the monthly detailed records of labor and personnel dispute cases in Shangcheng District and the detailed list of cases successfully mediated by mediators. It is used to assess and train mediators based on indicators such as their work performance and number of successfully resolved cases, so as to achieve alignment between organizational and individual goals. Additionally, it compares the average salary of the same position in the industry to provide income reference data for enterprises and the entire industry. 1. Data Collection: The original data sources include court system data of labor and personnel mediation cases, daily mediation case logs of mediators, and reconciliation reports of mediation businesses from cooperative institutions. Extracted information of mediation cases includes case number, applicant, case closing method, mediator, etc.; 2. Data Processing: 1) Comprehensive assessment of the number of successfully mediated cases by mediators is conducted quarterly, dividing them into four levels: P0, P1, P2, and P3, corresponding to different tiered salaries. Mediators who have been formally employed for 3 months will be assigned to the corresponding tier based on their average monthly number of successfully mediated cases in the prior period. Thereafter, tier promotions and demotions will be implemented uniformly on a quarterly basis in accordance with post tier requirements. 2) The commission income of mediators is calculated based on the number of mediated cases, with the following rules: no commission is paid for 1-10 cases; 100 RMB per case for 11-20 cases; 110 RMB per case for 21-30 cases; 120 RMB per case for 31-40 cases; 130 RMB per case for 41-50 cases; 140 RMB per case for 51-60 cases; and 150 RMB per case for cases exceeding 61. The commission formula is: P = A * X - B * 10, where P is the total commission, A is the total number of mediated cases, X is the per-case commission rate corresponding to the case count tier, and B is the number of prepared mediation documents. The comprehensive income S, the industry average salary C for the same position, and the salary proportion metric D = S/C are calculated for comparative analysis.
