资源简介:
With the increasing scarcity and rising prices of fishmeal resources, plant protein sources have emerged as a significant strategy for fishmeal substitution in aquatic feeds due to their wide availability and cost-effectiveness. However, plant proteins are rich in various anti-nutritional factors, which hinder the digestion and absorption of nutrients by aquatic animals. Therefore, improving the utilization rate of plant proteins has become a critical issue for the sustainable development of aquaculture. In particular, research on enhancing feed utilization through fermentation methods has garnered widespread attention from scholars globally. In this study, shrimp were fed with fermented feed using multi-strain probiotics for 56 days. Subsequently, high-throughput sequencing was employed to analyze the gut microbiota of Litopenaeus vannamei. The objective of this research is to ascertain the potential beneficial effects of fermented feed on the gut microbiota of L. vannamei, providing efficient fermented feed for crustacean.
