ATAC-seq analysis of Kindlin-2 and Rela K.O. mouse fibroblasts

The goal of this study was to observe changes in chromatin accessibility between Kindlin-2 and Rela K.O. mouse fibroblasts with their wild-type counterparts. We performed ATAC-seq which allowed us to identify regions with enhanced chromatin accessibility in the K.O. cells compared to their wild-type counterparts. Examination of chromatin accessibilty changes between Kindlin-2 and Rela K.O. mouse fibroblasts with their wild-type counterparts (2 biological replicates each)
