Anonymized dataset on microbial contamination of water stored in firefighting vehicle tanks

This dataset contains anonymized data from 42 water samples collected from firefighting vehicle tanks in the Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic. It includes selected operational and technical characteristics of the vehicles and tanks, water source and storage conditions, and microbiological indicators including coliform bacteria, Escherichia coli, colony counts at 22 °C and 36 °C, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Legionella spp. A separate data dictionary explains the variables, units, coding, and missing values.
