LSD1 is a demethylase of H3K4me1 and H3K4me2. A novel LSD1 inhibitor (NCD38) is effective to myelodydysplastic syndromes and acute myeloid leukemia cells via inucing myeloid differenttiaion programs. Thus, in this project, we focus on how modification changes are changed in LSD1 signature genes associated with myeloid differentiation.
