RNA-sequence data of hepatic stellate cells and liver sinusoidal endothelial cells from control and CCl4-treated mice

We utilized RNA-sequencing strategy to explore the characterstics of gene expression profile of LSECs during CCl4-fibrosis, and to compare the activation feature between fibrotic-LSECs and fibrotic-HSCs which are the most acknowledged gatekeepers holding the key to liver fibrogenesis. mRNA profiles of quiescent(Q) or fibrotic(F) hepatic stellate cells(HSC) and liver sinusoidal endothelial cells(SEC) in control or CCl4-treated mice were generated by RNA sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq 3000.
