This paper presents a revolutionary framework for measuring the fractal dimension of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) that incorporates completefundamental physics for the first time. The Scale-Adaptive Fractal (SAF) kernelimplements: (1) full energy-momentum tensor corrections from general relativity,(2) string theory compactification effects from extra dimensions, (3) vacuum energy dynamics, and (4) gravitational wave data integration from LIGO/Virgo. Wevalidate the method on three independent Planck CMB components, obtaining aprecise and consistent result: D = 1.5732 ± 0.0021. This measurement providesthe first experimental window into quantum gravity effects and the fundamentalnature of spacetime, with specific falsifiable predictions for future experiments. Ourframework is open-source and fully reproducible.
