Importance of sustainable packaging in online purchases in the U.S. 2023, by age

In 2023, nearly 80 percent of online shoppers between 25 and 29 years considered sustainable packaging important in their shopping experience, with 45 percent of them stating it was extremely important. In turn, only 63 percent of respondents between 45 and 49 years old believed eco-friendly packaging to be important when shopping online.
