DIRECTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE OBJECTS BASED ON PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PRINCIPLES IN IMPROVING THE LIVING STANDARDS OF THE REGIONAL POPULATION

This article examines the role of social infrastructure objects (education, health care, culture) in improving the living standards of the regional population and the strategic directions of using public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms for their development. The introduction substantiates the importance of private investment in overcoming the budget deficit in the social sphere. Systemic analysis, comparative, and statistical methods were used as methodology, and international experience and local indicators were studied. The results section shows the possibilities of increasing the quality of service and optimizing government spending through the implementation of PPP projects. In the discussion and conclusion section, scientific and practical proposals are put forward for improving the institutional framework and creating an attractive environment for investors to modernize regional infrastructure.
