Self-calibrating phase correlation pipeline for field-of-view extension in cone-beam CT
收藏资源简介:
Data used in the paper "Self-calibrating phase correlation pipeline for field-of-view extension in cone-beam CT”, by D. Sanderson, D. A. Rodriguez, J. Garcia-Blas, M. Desco and M. Abella submitted to Physics in Medicine and Biology. All .img files are CT reconstructions, in raw format with 32 bit-depth and little endianess: Real_testbeds.zip: for each patient, reconstructions of the individual beds are provided, along with the stitched volumes without calibration and after calibration with the proposed method (PM). Simulated_testbed.zip: reconstructions of the individual beds are provided, along with the stitched volumes after calibration with the proposed method (PM), for four noise scenarios: SD, LD, ULD, and noiseless. The name of the files is as follows: bed<BedNumber>_<NoiseScenario>_<StitchingMethod><DimXxDimYxDimZ>.img BedNumber: single beds (00 / 01) or fused (00_01) NoiseScenario: for simulated testbeds, it can be SD, LD, ULD, and noiseless (no tag). StitchingMethod: Only for fused beds. Can be PM (proposed method) or no_stitch (fused without calibration) DimXxDimYxDimZ: Integers indicating the number of pixels in the three directions.
