In order to clarify the impact of rice stripe virus infection on rice, we conducted transcriptome analysis on rice samples before and after RSV infection using RNA seq. We hope to identify the differentially expressed genes and further explore the genes that play an important role in the resistance of rice to rice stripe virus infection, and further analyze the molecular mechanisms involved.
