Observing System Simulation Experiments to test the impact of seasonally dependent sampling on flux estimation over tropical Africa

The dataset include results from Observing System Simulation Experiments (OSSEs) carried out by CMS-Flux and TM5 inversion systems. The results are monthly and the data format is netcdf. CMS-Flux covers 2016 to 2017 at original 4x5 resolution, while TM5 covers 2016-2018 regridded to 1x1 resolution. There are two observation scenarios: 1) the real OCO-2 observation coverage and sensitivity; 2) repeating the January observation coverage through out the year. For each of these two observation scenarios, three priors were used.
