The Dendritic Cell Signaling network depicts the causal mechanisms in key cytokine pathways leading to the activation of dendritic cells and their migration to both the lung tissue and lymph nodes. Chemokines and surface receptors expressed by dendritic cells that serve to promote T-cell migration and subsequent differentiation in the lung during COPD are included in the network.
