Restriction fragments ligation-based Refresh-seq of human cell lines

Here, we develop a new single-cell whole-genome sequencing method named Refresh-seq (Restriction fragments ligation-based genome amplification and third-generation sequencing). It is based on restriction endonuclease and two alleles located at homologous chromosomes could be cut to reads with equal length and tend to be amplified or unamplified simultaneously.
