Non-typhoidal Salmonella bloodstream infections: surveillance in DR Congo 2007-2017

This dataset contains the data on non-typhoidal Salmonella bloodstream infections collected during a blood culture surveillance project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo from 2007-2017. The report "Increase in non-typhoidal Salmonella bloodstream infections in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (2015-2017): emergence of O5-negative Salmonella Typhimurium and alarming rates of resistance" was based on the data available in this dataset.
