Intron coordinates of in six marine diplonemid genomes

This dataset contains genomic coordinates of introns identified across six marine diplonemid species: <i>Artemidia motanka</i>, <i>Namystynia karyoxenos</i>, <i>Sulcionema specki</i>, <i>Lacrimia lanifica</i>, <i>Diplonema japonicum</i>, and <i>Rhynchopus humris</i>. These organisms exhibit a wide range of intron structures, including a high prevalence of non-canonical introns in some species.
