Lifted genome annotations for sticklebacks

The online-available annotation files should be lifted over to the versions applied in our own projects. Here we provided the lifted-annotation files for:<br>three-spined stickleback from ncbi (GCF_016920845.1) to v4 (https://stickleback.genetics.uga.edu/): <b>TSPV4.liftoff_polished.gff</b>three-spined stickleback from ncbi to website v5 (https://stickleback.genetics.uga.edu/): <b>TSPV5.liftoff_polished.gff</b><br>nine-spined sticklebacks from ncbi v6 (GCF_902500615.1) to v7 (GCF_902500615.3): <b>NSPV7.liftoff_polished.gff</b><br>The two annotation files was firstly lifted-over to the corresponding version than filtered for the longest transcriptions and only the protein-coding genes.For more details please refer to our paper: xxx
