Endophytic bacteria in Panax notoginseng under high temperature analysed

In the present study, the diversity and composition of the endophytic bacterial community were compared between two groups of P. notoginseng with different heat tolerances using next-generation sequencing technology, to address the changes in the endophytic community explaining host responses to high temperature. This study will provide insights into the endophytic bacterial resources that improve the heat tolerance of P. notoginseng, and pave the way for future functional research.
