primary human monocyte derived macrophages (MDMs) treated with antiretrovirals, specifically Atripla (A) or Triumeq (T) Batches of cells derived from 7 donors. Each batch treated with 2 drugs (A and T), and 2 proteins (1 [M-CSF only] and 2 [M-CSF and addition of IL-4 to skew to M2a-MDMs]). 6 samples per batch, 42 samples total.
