<p>The survey was sponsored by CNN / USA Today and conducted by the Gallup Organization. The poll was conducted via telephone on a National sample of 1,003 adults on June 5-7, 1998. Major topics covered: Clinton job performance; opinion of political leaders; confidence in organizations; relations between Clinton administration and China; Clinton's campaign financing; nuclear weapons; countries with nuclear weapons; computer problems with the year 2000; Ken Starr investigation; Clinton and Monica Lewinsky; military; water quality; race relations; education; assisted suicide; 2000 presidential election.</p>
