Guanosine-7 tRNA methylation steers tRNA-derived fragment biogenesis and translational control in prostate cancer

mRNAs from WT and METTL1 KO cells were subjected to expression profiling using Gene Chip Human Geome U133 Plus 2.0 to unveil transcriptional changes ocurring on these cells. total RNA from prostate cancer cells PC3 were extrated using NZYTECH RNA extration kit. Cells were either control CRIPSR (WT) or METTL1KO (using CRISPR). Three replicates were used per condition. A total of 6 samples were analysed.
