综合性肿瘤生物样本库（南京鼓楼医院）

综合性肿瘤遗传资源是指人类乳腺癌、肺癌、甲状腺肿瘤、食管癌、喉癌、肾肿瘤、内分泌肿瘤、胃肠道肿瘤、骨肿瘤、肝胆胰肿瘤等相关的组织、血液等样本。本资源库收集南京鼓楼医院就诊肿瘤患者的样本，获取手术或者其他途径如内镜活检、针吸活检、脱落细胞涂片等样本，经过样本库专业的标本取材、组织和细胞处理、石蜡包埋、染色等获得石蜡切片、石蜡组织、冰冻组织等。并同时获取相应患者临床信息（包括性别、年龄、病变部位、病变大小、浸润情况、有无淋巴结转移及其病理分级和分期、随访等）。本资源库旨在为肿瘤疾病预测及诊断提供研究材料。

Comprehensive Cancer Genetic Resources refer to tissue, blood and other samples related to human breast cancer, lung cancer, thyroid tumor, esophageal cancer, laryngeal cancer, renal tumor, endocrine tumor, gastrointestinal tumor, bone tumor, hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumors, etc. This repository collects samples from cancer patients receiving treatment at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, including specimens obtained via surgery or other approaches such as endoscopic biopsy, needle aspiration biopsy, exfoliated cell smears and other methods. Through professional specimen collection, tissue and cell processing, paraffin embedding, staining and other standardized procedures carried out by the repository's specialized team, paraffin sections, paraffin-embedded tissues, frozen tissues and other related samples are prepared. Meanwhile, corresponding clinical information of the enrolled patients is also collected, covering gender, age, lesion site, lesion size, invasion status, presence or absence of lymph node metastasis, pathological grade and stage, follow-up data and other relevant details. This resource repository aims to provide research materials for cancer disease prediction and diagnosis.
