Raw data from cell transfection and luciferase assays. Luciferase readings are from Firelfly luciferase normalised against Renilla luciferase control. This is then transformed against a no sgRNA control to produce indirect scales of activity for U6 & 7SK promoters of sgRNA. Data were analysed by GLMMs with a gamma distribution and log link - full analysis code present in Rmarkdown file, along with code to produce the plots for Figure 1 and Figure 2
