This dataset contains raw experimental data supporting a manuscript submitted to the International Journal of Ambient Energy (Taylor & Francis). Data include brake thermal efficiency (BTE), brake specific fuel consumption (BSFC), exhaust emissions (CO, HC, NOx, CO₂, and filter smoke number) and in-cylinder pressure, heat release rate, ignition delay, for four fuel configurations, neat diesel (D100), B20 (20% Chlorella vulgaris biodiesel + 80% diesel), B20+75D5BU (20% biodiesel + 75% diesel + 5% n-butanol), and B20+75D5BU+SN60ppm (with 60 ppm soapnut bio-nanoparticles) — tested on a single-cylinder, four-stroke CRDI engine at 200 bar injection pressure with pilot injection timings of 19°, 21°, 23°, and 25° bTDC and a fixed dwell angle of 15° crank angle.
