Data for: "Revisiting the Lipid Ratio in Lipid Nanoparticles: A Comparison of OFAT and Design of Experiments Approach"

This dataset contains data obtained from experimental procedures in an excel file for the purpose of publication. Data covers critical quality attribute testing for LNPs using techniques such as DLS and fluorescence assays including size, PDI, zeta and encapsulation. Followed by in vitro readouts such as cell protein expression and in vivo read outs of protein expression as a measure of bioluminescence. The paper was centred around analysing the effect of different formulation screening tools when optimising LNP molar ratios.
