VEGFR2-mCherry trafficking in hREC pretreated with DMSO and treated with VEGF

VEGFR2-mCherry was expressed in human retinal endothelial cells (hREC) by adenoviral vector. Cells were treated with DMSO vehicle in serum-reduced medium for 2 hours, and stimulated with VEGF. VEGFR2-mCherry trafficking was observed by live cell imaging.
