Sample description
The dataset contains forward and reverse reads for the following samples:
80 samples of 16S rRNA sequences from feces of black-capped chickadees collected in December 2020 in the municipality of Chertsey, Quebec, Canada (46°08'24.4"N, 73°49'58.7"W);14 extraction negative controls (DNA-free water);1 positive PCR control (mock community ZymoBIOMICS Microbial Community DNA Standard (Zymo Research, Irvine, California, United States);1 negative PCR control (DNA-free water).
