Microbial diversity in stream water upstream and downstream of treatment plant outlet

The aim of the project was to investigate biodegradation of essential oils in stream water upstream and downstream of wastewater treatment plant outlet. The aim of the DNA measurements was to investigate the effect of the treatment plant on the microbial community in the stream-water.
