RNA-Seq based transcriptome analysis reveals the molecular mechanism of immediate allergic reactions

Immediate allergic reaction is one of the most difficult problems in human health and has become a global social health problem. The mechanism of the formation and maintenance of allergic re-actions is extremely complicated. So far, people have not yet revealed its pathogenesis, and there is no definite cure method, which has brought severe challenges to scientific research and clinical treatment. In this study, we analyzed the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and regulatory pathways between type I allergies and pseudoallergic reactions by RNA-seq.We aimed to use DNP-IgE/DNP-BSA and C48/80 to simulate type I allergies and pseudoallergic reactions to identify its molecular mechanisms in cell degranulation.
