Passive Air Sampling Network for Organic Pollutants and Mercury

To expand the geographic coverage of the air monitoring program by developing, installing and operating passive air sampling devices capable of operating remotely under extreme conditions at up to 7 new locations across all Arctic regions. To provide spatially-distributed concentration data for this under-represented region to atmospheric modellers, to assist in model validation and improvement. Separate devices will be deployed for persistent organic pollutants (POPs) and mercury.
