Unsupervised clustering on 1,712 HCC mesenchymal cells resulted in 9 clusters with specific gene expression signatures. In human fetal liver, a total of 8 clusters were identified with specific gene signatures expression. We further integrated the scRNA-seq data from HCC tumor, adjacent normal tissues, fetal liver and healthy liver tissues, and applied Seurat v3 to integrate and normalize the data.
