Total DNA was extracted from pure cultures of each of these organisms and detection was assessed as cycle threshold (Ct) values generated with qPCR analysis.aSamples of all isolates were 1∶10 dilutions of a 1x DNA extract sample unless otherwise noted.bSamples were processed as described previously but SYBR green Master Mix was used for qPCR detection.
