Effects of GABP knockdown on the transcriptome of macaque fibroblast cells

We identified a total of 2,058 GABP-regulated genes (1,067 up-regulated and 991 down-regulated genes in the GABP knockdown cells) with the threshold of Padj < 0.05 and Fold change > 1.5. Overall design: To investigate the regulations of GABP of macaque transcriptome, we examined the effects of siRNA knockdown of GABPA and GABPB1 in the macaque fibroblast cells.
